New Membership Brochure to Print and Distribute

Here is a link to a good article about how to engage with new members.  While I do not believe you need to use the software mentioned in this article, the general ideas a good ones to use.  We are all about to embark on our first meetings of the year, and encouraging those visitors to our branch meetings to join us is important for the health and well-being of our branches.

Join Us

Please make use of our national resources and rewarding opportunities for involvement in Virginia.  The American Association of University Women makes a difference.

If you hold an associate’s or equivalent, bachelor’s, or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university, you can join AAUW as an individual (member-at-large) or as a member of one of AAUW’s 1,000 branches. Branch members also belong to the national organization.  JOIN NOW

Branch members join one of the branches across the State of Virginia to carry out grassroots efforts.  To locate a Virginia branch, click here.    Virginia National Members affiliate directly with the State and National Association. For more information please contact the Vice President for Membership.

Branch student affiliates and student affiliates-at-large are undergraduates enrolled in regionally accredited two- or four-year institutions.

College/University (C/U) Members are accredited institutions of higher education. Each member institution selects a representative to link the campus with AAUW and to work with other C/U representatives across the nation. Partner institutions in Virginia are listed here.
