PDF (Portable Document Format) is used for presenting documents
exactly as their creator intended for them to be seen, independent
of the operating system or browser you are using.  Virginia Vision and
all Branch newsletters  are in PDF format and many branch activity lists,
scholarship applications and fundraisers are also posted in PDF.
In order to open and read these documents, you need to have  a “PDF reader.”
